These terms cover your use of guestymedia.com. By using the site you agree to them. The work we do for clients is covered by a separate written quote and agreement for each job, which takes priority over anything here.

The site

This site shows examples of our work and lets you contact us. We try to keep it accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We may change or remove content at any time.

Our work and your use of it

The photos, video, text, logo and design on this site belong to Guesty Media or to the clients who commissioned them. You can view and share links to the site. You may not copy, download, edit or republish the images or content without written permission from us. Client websites linked from the Work section belong to those clients.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Anything we say about price or timing before a written quote is a guide only. A job starts when you accept a written quote from us.

Links

Links to other websites, including client sites and Instagram, are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
